| Identification Required | A valid (not expired) state issued identification card or drivers license or federally issued passport is required for each signer. |
| Incomplete Notarization | If a signer cannot provide valid identification, the notarization cannot be completed, and mileage fees will still apply. |
| End of Life Services Discount | 50% discount on all notarial services for end of life related services (power of attorney, wills, etc.) when located at a hospital, care facility, in-home hospice setting, or hospice facility. |
